Terms of Service

By using thefluxbyte.com or engaging Fluxbyte (Fluxbyte Technologies Private Limited) for services, you agree to these terms. Engagements are also governed by the signed statement of work, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

The content on this site is provided for informational purposes. Case studies and reviews reflect engagements as of their stated dates. You may not scrape the site at volumes that affect availability for others, attempt to reverse-engineer non-public functionality, or pass off our content as your own.

• Engagements run on fixed-scope sprints. Scope, timeline, and cost are written into the statement of work before kickoff.
• We deliver source code, documentation, and operational artifacts at the end of each engagement. Ownership transfers on full payment.
• Out-of-scope work is estimated and approved separately — never silently billed.

We sign your NDA, or send ours, at no extra cost. We treat your business and customer data with the same care we apply to our own, and we never reuse client-specific work outside the engagement.

You own everything we build for you, on payment. We retain ownership of our internal tooling, prior art, and any generally reusable components we develop independently.

We deliver our work to professional industry standards. We provide reasonable bug-fix support after delivery as set out in the SOW. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an engagement is capped at the fees paid under that engagement in the preceding twelve months.

Either side may terminate an engagement with notice as set out in the SOW. Fees for work performed up to termination are payable. We hand off cleanly with documentation and access transfer.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Fluxbyte Technologies Private Limited's registered jurisdiction. Disputes that can't be resolved in writing will be heard in those courts.
